Executive Advance AI LLC ("we," "us") operates the Executive Advance application and website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We build for security professionals — discretion is a design principle, not an afterthought.
Account information: name, email address, and subscription details when you register or purchase.
Work product: the checklists, notes, photographs, maps, and reports you create in the app. This content is yours. It is stored on your device; where you use features that transmit it (such as sending a report or using hosted report links), it is transmitted and stored only as needed to deliver that feature.
We collect limited technical information needed to operate the Service, such as app version and basic diagnostic information. Location data is used only inside the app's mapping features, at your direction (for example, when you set a drop-off point), and is not used to track you.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your full card details are provided directly to Stripe and are not stored on our systems. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Certain features use third-party providers to function — for example, mapping and imagery providers for maps and satellite photos, and research services for automated property information. These providers receive only the data required to fulfill the request (such as a venue address). We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We use information to provide and improve the Service, process subscriptions, provide support, secure the Service, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your work product for advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf (such as payment processing and infrastructure), when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service. Reports you choose to send to your clients are shared by you, at your direction.
Account information is retained while your account is active. Content stored on your device remains under your control and can be deleted by you at any time. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting info@executiveadvance.ai; we will honor verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure; please protect your device and account credentials.
The Service is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
