1Report Your Client Keeps

One App. The Whole Advance.

Built by protection professionals, for the agent standing at the venue — not for a corporate back office.

112 Venue Advances

Hotels, arenas, schools, courthouses, estates, yachts, motorcades — a purpose-built advance checklist for every venue an agent works, refined line by line by working professionals across 14 categories.

Fast Track Advances

Short-notice detail? Every venue also carries a Fast Track edition — the essential advance in 16 sections, with clear escalation triggers that tell you when the assignment demands the full advance.

Property Intelligence

Enter the venue address and the app researches the property for you — building profile, floors, entrances, lobby level, amenities — filed into your report and stamped preliminary until you verify on site.

Tactical Mapping

One-tap drop-off point with satellite and street-level imagery, automatic nearest-hospital, fire, and police cards with drive times and routes, and drop-off sharing straight to your drivers.

Mark Up & Media

Draw on photos, satellite, and street views — arrows, circles, labels, freehand. Shoot photos and narrated video inside the app, dictate voice notes that become text, replay everything before it ships.

Emergency Library

57 emergency planning documents ride with you: active assailant, lockdown, bomb threat, medical response — plus 23 international protocols from kidnapping response to embassy coordination and medical evacuation abroad.

How It Works

From assignment to delivered report — one tool, four moves.

Select the Venue

Pick the venue type — hotel, stadium, private residence, FBO — and choose Full Advance or Fast Track. Your checklist is purpose-built for that ground.

Work the Advance

Walk the site. Tap subjects, dictate findings, shoot photos and video, mark up maps, drop the drop-off pin, log key contacts as tappable cards.

Generate

Your captured record composes into formal, professional prose — your facts, your sequence, elevated to report register. Edit anything; your words ship as written.

Deliver

A sealed PDF with photos, maps, routes, and contacts goes to the security team by email, message, or WhatsApp — sized to send, built to be kept.

The Report Is The Product

Your client never sees the checklist. They see this — a clean, confidential advance report with your name on it.

Discretion, By Design

The app is built for a profession where information is the exposure.

  • Your working files and reports live on your device — not on someone else's dashboard.
  • API keys stay in your keychain; nothing sensitive travels inside a shared report.
  • Photos and videos captured in-app stay in the advance — out of your personal camera roll.
  • Reports are marked confidential with a 72-hour delivery window and sealed archives.
  • No third-party branding on your paper. The report is yours, front to back.

Built For The Field

The advance is stressful enough. The tooling shouldn't be.

  • Independent agents running their own details and their own advances.
  • Career professionals — former law enforcement and military moving into executive protection.
  • EP school graduates who want their first advance to look like their hundredth.
  • Protective teams that need every agent's advance in one consistent, reviewable format.

Questions

The short answers. Write us for the long ones.

Do I need an internet connection in the field?

The checklists, your captured work, photos, videos, and voice notes all work offline. Live features — property intelligence, mapping, and report composition — use a connection when you have one.

What's the difference between a Full Advance and Fast Track?

The Full Advance is the complete document — typically 25–30 sections covering everything from perimeter to continuity. Fast Track is the short-window edition: 16 sections of essentials, with escalation triggers that tell you when the assignment requires stepping up to the full advance.

Who writes the report?

You do — the app elevates it. Your dictated and typed findings are composed into formal report prose, in your capture order, with your facts untouched. You can edit any line, and once you edit, your words ship exactly as written.

Where does my data live?

Your working advances and sealed reports live on your device. Reports leave only when you send them, marked confidential, to recipients you choose.

Is this for teams or individuals?

Today, individual professionals. Team features — shared advances, team libraries, and an executive brief for the client — are on the roadmap for launch and beyond.
