These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Executive Advance mobile application, website, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Executive Advance AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Executive Advance is professional software for security practitioners. It provides venue-specific advance checklists, mapping and imagery tools, automated property research, and report generation. The Service is a productivity tool: it assists a trained professional's work — it does not replace professional judgment, training, or on-site verification.
You must be at least 18 years of age and use the Service only for lawful, professional purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Service is offered by paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and included features are presented at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any person; not to use it to harass, stalk, or conduct unlawful surveillance of any individual; not to resell, sublicense, copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service or its content; and not to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
Checklists, automatically researched property information, mapping data, and other content in the Service are provided as aids and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. All automatically gathered information is preliminary and must be verified on site by a qualified professional. You retain sole responsibility for your operational decisions and for compliance with the laws applicable to your work, including licensing, weapons, surveillance, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of the reports, photographs, notes, and other content you create with the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited license necessary to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and permissions needed to capture and use it.
The Service, including its software, design, checklist content, and branding, is owned by Executive Advance AI LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own professional use during your subscription.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH IT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXECUTIVE ADVANCE AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6, 7, 9, 10, and 12) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
